  1. The site

My research and systems site, built as an interactive cosmos.

The Systems site: a field of particles grouped into clusters
    The cosmos.
  2. How it works

    • A Three.js universe: 18,000 particles drawn as a single point cloud with custom WebGL shaders, each a soft glowing dot that breathes in size and brightness on its own rhythm, with eight denser clusters like nebulae.
    • The field is alive to the cursor: particles drift around their home positions, are pushed gently away from the pointer, and the whole cloud tilts with it.
    • Click to enter and the particles flow into a network: six main nodes, one per system, each with twelve satellites, joined by lines that each belong to a system. The projects are grouped into those six systems.
    • Scrolling lights up one system at a time: its node grows, its lines glow, the rest dim, and the camera eases toward it.
    • One page, no reloads: systems and projects open as overlays over the same scene, and moving between sections rearranges the same particles into a new formation.
