This site asks for your details in one place only: the proposal form. Here is what happens to them.
What I collect
What you type into the form: your name, your email, your company or studio and your role, your website, the services you pick, your budget and timing, and what you tell me about your project.
Why
To reply to you and to prepare a proposal. Nothing else.
Where it goes
When you print your ticket, your details travel as an email, through Cloudflare (which hosts this site and runs its spam check) and Resend (which delivers the email). They end up in my inbox, and you get a short receipt. The site itself doesn't store them anywhere.
To stop spam, the form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, and a scrambled (one-way) form of your connection's address is kept for one hour to limit how many tickets can be sent. It can't be turned back into your address.
No tracking
No tracking cookies and no analytics. Your browser keeps a few small things on your own device: the side of the site you chose (for this visit only), a draft of your form answers until you send them, and whether sound is on.
No selling, no sharing
Your details are never sold, and never shared with anyone outside the services above.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months.
Deleting your details
Email hello@thedivstudio.com and I'll delete everything you sent, and tell you when it's done.
