Project
People's Temple
Ideology → visual identity
A critical identity on how design builds belief.
Context
This project reframes the People's Temple, a historical cult led by Jim Jones, through the lens of contemporary branding. By applying modern visual identity systems to a destructive ideology, the project questions how design shapes belief, trust, and belonging.
Approach
The project develops a full brand identity, including symbol, typography, colour, and collateral, to expose how narrative systems and visual language can be used to construct influence. The work sits between critique and speculation, using design as a tool for questioning power.

Brand identity. Visual system

Design does not just communicate. It constructs belief.
